Very friendly and accommodating staff. Tasty chips. The salad with coleslaw and cheese is way too fat and the portion of lettuce/tomatoes way too small. But I think it is the way most locals love it LoL .. so I am not going to mark Maguire down on this. It is my fault, I should have mentioned I wanted my salad healthier with less mayo-loaded-coleslaw.

Fancies a Fish supper, really didn't disappoint and a bonus was they have a few seats so I didn’t have to eat in the car. Fish was perfectly cooked with a light crispy batter and the chips were nicely dry and tasty too. Service with a smile at half past one in the afternoon

By far best takeaway in town! I've yet to have a bad meal from this place. First class quality and fantastic value for money. I could not possibly recommend any particular meals as there is just way too many yummy options on their huge menu but everything is a great option. Also credit to the staff, lovely, friendly family run business.

Went here as staying in self catering nearby. Staff member was lovely, I didn't have the exact change on me, and was about to go to ATM to get more cash, and he was so lovely giving me a few pence off the bill! Very kind. The food was lovely and enjoyed by lots of fussy teenagers, so thumbs up to Maguire's!

If only Gordan Ramsey could taste this food, he would love it. Never have I had a better chippie, and to top it off, great service and an incredible lunch time special for only 3 quid. Would recommend to anybody and everybody
